When sending submissions, please put in the subject your artist name, name of the release and a little blurb saying release or want to get released. Something along those lines.
Please let this be the only place where your release will be hosted. Caffeination Recprds will make exceptions but you will have to get this label in contact with the other label(s) before Caffeination Records will release it. Having your music on a Soundcloud or Bandcamp page is fine of course.
By allowing Caffeination Records to release your music, you understand that it will be released for FREE. If you do not want to have any free releases of your music then do not send a submission. If your music is released through this label, and you complain/harass us of not making you any money, Caffeination Records will take appropriate action, including removing your release from the label (should it get to that point).
If you would like, I can throw in a link to your Bandcamp/other music hosting site where you are selling it. If you do have it hosted on a site like Bandcamp then it would be recommended that the free release not have all the tracks, etc. Just trying to help you out.
Caffeination Records reserves the right to not release certain music. The goal here is to be as open as possible but if it is something I deem to be inappropriate for whatever reason or too extreme in terms of views and the intended messages then it probably won't be released. We will get in contact with you if this is the case.

All releases will be hosted on www.archive.org
All releases will be released under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License
This means that if you share it, or use it you have to give the proper credit and you can't use it for commercial purposes. If the artist gives consent for it to be used in a commercial application, Caffeination Records would like to be notified by the interested party and the artist. In addition, if there is a commercial party interested in using a release, get in contact with the label and we will see if the artist would be willing to allow their music to be used.
